NAPPY CAKES DELIVERY

Divine Baby currently offers FREE real time GPS tracking delivery to Sydney Metropolitan and surrounding suburbs. The day before delivery, You will receive live GPS tracking link showing drop-off and pick-up status and the location of the Courier. Customers will be able to communicate, give instructions and authority to leave at safe place to couriers through that link.

Each of our nappy cake is made to order and is dispatched on the next business day or on the preferred chosen date at checkout before the order has been placed. If you require an urgent delivery please email us at info@divinebaby.com.au or call 0421409960 and we will do our best to assist.

We currently do not deliver our nappy cakes outside Sydney metropolitan areas. However, we accept orders from other states and overseas customers for delivery to Sydney address.

GIFT BOX SETS DELIVERY

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Standard Free Delivery time frame is estimated between 2-8 workings days (within Australia) and in some cases up to 10 working days (eg. Perth, rural or remote locations). If you require a quicker delivery time, please select Express Post as the option during checkout.

All Gift Box Sets are sent via Australia Post and a tracking number will be sent to your email address. After the order is shipped, Divine Baby is not responsible for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. Unfortunately delays from the carrier may occur from time to time and this is out of our control. If nobody is home to receive the order, Australia Post reserve the right to leave in a safe place if there is a place out of sight. If the driver does not believe there is a safe place, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. Divine Baby is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go missing.

HOSPITAL DELIVERY

Divine Baby offers delivery to Sydney Hospitals only. Please ensure the correct surname is entered for the recipient. Please also address the order to the parent – not the baby – and be sure to include recipient’s full name under which they have been admitted to hospital. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient will still be in hospital on the day the delivery is due. This will avoid a re-direction fee being charged. If you are unsure of these details, you may be better requesting delivery to a home address.
