Divine Baby warrants that each product is sold free of defects. Damaged goods must be advised by email within 2 days of receipt otherwise no claims will be accepted. We ask that you please choose carefully, as all our cakes are sold on a no refund basis unless they are proven to have been damaged or faulty.

Divine Baby return policy is to exchange, refund or replace any item that is faulty or damaged and accepted by Divine Baby. We do our best to ensure our products arrive to the recipient in the best possible state, however a natural degree of movement is expected during shipping and does not constitute damage or a faulty product. We apply a fairness test to this, so if you have any concerns about how the item arrived, we simply ask that you take a photo and get in touch with us to discuss.
